Alena is a highly intuitive spiritual guide, certified sound healer, angelic, Shamballa and Quantum energy healing facilitator, manifestation coach, channeler, writer, holistic health consultant, certified New Paradigm MDT™ instructor and 13D energy Master. She has vast experience with different meditation techniques, manifesting techniques, dream work, energy work, and different alternative healing modalities.
Born with many spiritual gifts, she suppressed them after a traumatic childhood experience. She graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in psychology and human biology (premed). After her spiritual awakening in her mid-20s, those suppressed spiritual abilities such as clairsentience, clairaudience, clairvoyance, and others, started to reawaken. And when she had an unexpected traumatic experience and she ended up in the hospital, she decided not to continue her career path of traditional medicine and immersed herself fully into meditation and studies of spirituality and holistic health. It was both a terrifying experience and a blessing in disguise because it brought her to her life mission to serve and guide others on their spiritual and healing journeys.
She traveled to many spiritual and highly energetic places. She studied in person with the best world-known spiritual mentors and leaders such as Joe Dispenza, Ascended Master Hari Das Baba, Hollywood’s best known sound healer Ana Netanel, a dream analyst and channeler Michael Sheridan (Aisling School of Dream Interpretation), and with less known but nevertheless amazing mentors, for many years before being ready to assist others on their spiritual and healing journeys. Her intention is to assist each person to reawaken to his/her unlimited potential as a powerful creative spiritual being and to assist in reawakening any spiritual abilities they might have suppressed. Channeling, telepathy, clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience, energy healing - all of these abilities are our birth right. Every person can reawaken to their full potential and live a magical life using all six senses.
We are now living in a very important period for our species. Our human DNA has already been mutating and changing as the Shift is taking place from 3D to 5D. Not all of us are or will be ready to make this shift. But if you have experienced some form of spiritual awakening, you know how important it is to continue your own journey and to help others to grow and evolve to higher frequencies; to shift from Fear and Ego into living in Unity, Unconditional Love, and Compassion. We no longer accept living in the oppressed “victim” mentality, like the sleeping “sheep” or unconscious “robots”. No longer do we want to be manipulated into helplessness and false belief that only someone out there can help us. We take our power back. We realize that we are powerful Creators with unlimited potential. It is time that we reawaken to who we TRULY ARE.
